1. Who we are and acceptance

LaunchReceipt (launchreceipt.com, the "Service") is run by Small Ship Labs, an individual sole trader ("we", "us"). By creating an account, submitting a listing or buying a paid plan, you confirm that you are at least 18, that you accept these terms and our privacy policy, and that you may act for the product or organization you submit. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

LaunchReceipt is a directory of newly launched software products. Each listing page states the outbound link attribute it gives (nofollow or dofollow) and shows the results of our automated checks ("receipts"). We also offer an automated launch check of a product's public website. The Service is digital and delivered online; nothing is shipped.

Submitted listings are reviewed with the help of an AI model (Moonshot AI, Kimi) and by us. We may decline, edit for formatting, or remove listings that are spam, misleading, unlawful, or not a real product. A listing, a link attribute or a check result is not a promise of search ranking, traffic or sales.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. Keep access to your email account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@launchreceipt.comif you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Plans and prices

• Free and Free + badge: no charge. Timing and link attribute are stated on the pricing page.
• Fast-track ($19, one-time): the listing goes live once approved, with a dofollow link. If our automated launch check finds issues on your site, you also get a step-by-step fix guide for them.
• Monitoring ($49 per year, renews yearly): covers up to 5 of your listings, which you can add and remove at any time. Each covered site gets a weekly launch check and an email when an issue appears or is fixed, and its listing has Fast-track while it is covered. When a site leaves Monitoring, or the subscription ends, its listing returns to its own tier; a Fast-track bought separately stays.

Current prices are always shown on the pricing page and at checkout. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5. Billing and payment

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which handles checkout, card data and applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax). We never see or store your card details. A Fast-track purchase is a single charge of the amount shown at checkout.

By subscribing to Monitoring you authorize a recurring charge of the yearly fee on the payment method you provide, each year until you cancel. We email you at least 7 days before each renewal.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel Monitoring at any time in My listings ("Cancel monitoring"), in the Waffo Pancake customer portal, or by writing to support@launchreceipt.com from your account email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Monitoring continues until the end of the year already paid. Your listings stay up after it ends, on their own tier.

7. Refunds

• Fast-track declined: if we decline your paid listing in review, we refund it in full.
• Fast-track, 7 days: a full refund on request within 7 days of payment if the listing has not been published yet.
• Errors: duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded in full.
• Statutory rights (for example the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right) are not affected.

Not refundable: a published Fast-track listing after 7 days, Monitoring charges (cancel to stop the next renewal), and accounts removed for breaking these terms. To request a refund, email support@launchreceipt.com with your account email and order ID. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

8. Billing disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before disputing it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and fix confirmed errors within 5 business days.

9. Your content

You keep the rights to the names, text, logos and screenshots you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display them, and to process them for the Service (including AI-assisted review), for as long as the listing exists. You confirm you have the right to submit them. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Our launch checks and fix guides are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong; review them before acting on them.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• list products or sites that are illegal, deceptive, malware, phishing, adult content or scams;
• submit products you do not own or represent, or impersonate another person or company;
• post fake reviews, fake claims or misleading descriptions;
• scrape the Service at scale, abuse our checks against third-party sites, or interfere with its security;
• break any applicable law or card network rule.

We may remove listings and close accounts that break these rules.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Card data is processed only by Waffo Pancake.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including of search ranking, traffic or the accuracy of automated checks. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You can delete your account and listings at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.
