Dofollow link checker
Got listed somewhere? Enter that page and your domain. We read the page once and show every link to your site, whether it is dofollow, and whether the page itself can be indexed.
dofollow
No nofollow, sponsored or ugc in rel. The link can pass ranking signals, if the page is indexable.
nofollow · sponsored · ugc
Search engines are told not to count the link as an endorsement. People can still click it.
noindex page
The page is kept out of search results, so none of its links count, whatever their rel.
Questions
- What is a dofollow link?
- A link without nofollow, sponsored or ugc in its rel attribute. Search engines may count it as a vote for the page it points to. "Dofollow" is not a real attribute; it just means none of those three is there.
- What does the checker look at?
- The public HTML of the page you enter: every link to your site and its rel attribute, plus the robots meta tag and the X-Robots-Tag header. A noindex page is dropped from search results, so its links count for nothing, whatever their rel says.
- Why does it say no link was found when I can see one?
- Some sites add links with JavaScript after the page loads. We read the HTML as it arrives, like a crawler that does not run scripts, so such a link is not there for us.
- Is it free? Is anything saved?
- Yes, it is free and needs no account. We open the page once, as LaunchReceiptBot, and keep nothing.
Before you list: see what launch directories actually give you, measured on their own listing pages. Every LaunchReceipt listing shows its link and index status up front.
